About Us

It all begins with an idea - to change how apartments are rented for both the Landlord and the Tenant. Having personally been on both sides of the rental process, I noticed the pain points and used that as the driving force for creating Porter Rentals.

Putting our tenants at the centre of our business along with the owner allows us to better visualize the relationship between the two. It’s a partnership — each side has equally valuable input, and being responsible liaisons between the two is where we excel.
